So, this information will certainly help a step ahead for the noob players or newly joined players.
Street Fighter 5 Tier List: Characters Power Ranking
A group of top ten gamers has collaborated and made the tier list according to the gameplay of the Street Fighter 5 characters. However, we can also mention that upcoming patch updates may increase or decrease the power level of the in-game characters in the future.
